Shipping, Refunds & Exchanges
When you place an order with SkyShop, we will notify you by email or phone if there is any delay in supplying your order. We will only charge your credit card once your order is ready for delivery.
Orders deliverable to Australian addresses are sent using our premium courier service.
Australian Delivery Addresses
Delivery will be via Australia Post or a Courier service and customers will need to provide a daytime delivery address such as a home or work address with postcode and a contact telephone number.
Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful our courier will leave a calling card asking the recipient to contact them directly to arrange for re-delivery (again at no charge). In all cases if the parcel is not received within seven (7) business days it will be returned to us and additional delivery charges will apply.
Australian courier orders are fully insured up to the point of delivery by the courier service. Australian freight charges applicable to your order can be determined by accessing this location.
Please note that orders shipped to remote areas may require an additional day to reach their destination. Due to accessibility issues orders to some regional and rural destinations may be shipped via Australia Post's Express Post service.
Overseas Delivery Address
International shipping costs are determined by the total cost of the order and the shipping method chosen.
This is a postal option for orders intended for non-Australian delivery addresses. Your order is sent via airmail to the country of destination at which point delivery is reliant on the local postal service. Orders sent via airmail are not insured.

This is a fully traceable priority-paid door-to-door courier option. International Courier orders are fully insured.

Payments & Returns
We accept all major credit cards. Payment is not charged to your credit card until your order is ready to be dispatched.
Offline orders may be paid for by bank cheque or money order in Australian dollars only.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange all returns on presentation of the original SkyShop receipt. This will be done in full if itmes are recieved within 7 days of delivery.
Items returned after 7 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
We must be notified prior to any item being returned by either email or phone and you will be given a reference number.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges for returns, and must accept responsibility for loss or damage whilst in transit and should insure that items are in a saleable condition and all packaging is as good as new.
Items must be returned in origianl packing with all accessories and manuals.
Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns are to be sent to:

Where the original payment was made by cheque or money order, please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed.
Please make sure you contact us prior to returning goods. Where a refund of goods is payable all items are required to be returned in its original condition by the recipient at their own expense using the same credit card used for the original order. Upon receipt of the returned goods SkyShop will:
Refund the original cost of goods plus the initial delivery charge to the original credit card used to place the order
Refund the mutually agreed return postage charges to the same credit card
No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and SkyShop. Please include all return postage receipts. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns of international shipments are subject to our International terms and conditions.
