Shipping, Refunds & Exchanges


When you place an order with SkyShop, we will notify you by email or phone if there is any delay in supplying your order. We will only charge your credit card once your order is ready for delivery.

Orders deliverable to Australian addresses are sent using our premium courier service. Toll priority.

Australian Delivery Addresses
Delivery will be via Australia Post or a Courier service and customers will need to provide a daytime delivery address such as a home or work address with postcode and a contact telephone number.

Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful our courier will leave a calling card asking the recipient to contact them directly to arrange for re-delivery ( this is charged extra if there is no Authority to leave) . In all cases if the parcel is not received within seven (7) business days it will be returned to us and additional delivery charges will apply.

Australia Post TNT, Coriers Please , Star Track express an Fastway do not insure items shipped by Skyshop, unless the customer specifies they want insurance which is calculated @ 2% of the value of the goods, not including the freight. Once the items leave our warehouse- the customer then owns the products.

Our Insurers have a $100 excess on all claims.

If your items are under the $100 value and sent with Australia Post, they usually refund for damage they have caused.

Please note that orders shipped to remote areas may require additional time to reach their destination.

We cant do a freight calculator due to the nature of our stock.
We are updating the product database, with the weight of each product, so you can then add what the total will be , then choose the method you wish to use.
There will also be an guide to what satchel can be used for shipping the item.
Freight is calculated not just on weight, but also on volume.
the calculation works like this
height x width x length = cm3  then divide x 5000  = cubed weight
so  30cm x 50 cm x 20 cm = 30000 / 5000  = 6kg freight charge
So even if an item, eg foam is only 1 kg, it can be charged at 6kg volumetric weight.
Some items are light, but take a lot of space, such as foam products , cushions, covers.
Some items cannot go Post, due to being either Hazardous /Dangerous goods or too large. These must be shipped on TNT.
If you want to use your own shipping company account, please supply the account number in the comments section.
A $7.50 handling charge is applied for shipping on accounts due to the time it takes filling in connotes and calling up freight companies to organise pickups.



Overseas Delivery Address
International shipping costs are determined by the total cost of the order and the shipping method chosen.

International Airmail
This is a postal option for orders intended for non-Australian delivery addresses. Your order is sent via airmail to the country of destination at which point delivery is reliant on the local postal service. Orders sent via airmail are not insured.

International Courier
This is a fully traceable priority-paid door-to-door courier option. Insurance is option @ 2% of the invoice cost.

Payments & Returns

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

Payment is not charged to your credit card until your order is ready to be dispatched.
Orders may be paid for by bank deposit to an ANZ branch - or via direct deposit via bank transfer on the web.

You can place your order and put in this as an option.For this option, we will email you an invoice witrh all details on it.



Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We will gladly refund, credit or exchange all returns on presentation of the original SkyShop receipt. This will be done in full if itmes are recieved within 7 days of delivery.

Items returned after 7 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.

We must be notified prior to any item being returned by either email or phone and you will be given a reference number.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges for returns, and must accept responsibility for loss or damage whilst in transit and should insure that items are in a saleable condition and all packaging is as good as new.

Items must be returned in origianl packing with all accessories and manuals.

Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns are to be sent to:

Overseas Returns
Please make sure you contact us prior to returning goods. Where a refund of goods is payable all items are required to be returned in its original condition by the recipient at their own expense using the same credit card used for the original order. Upon receipt of the returned goods SkyShop will:

  • Refund the original cost of goods plus the initial delivery charge to the original credit card used to place the order
  • Refund the mutually agreed return postage charges to the same credit card

No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and SkyShop. Please include all return postage receipts. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns of international shipments are subject to our International terms and conditions.

Warranty returns
All shipping costs for warranty are to be paid by the customer. some suppliers offer a free return shipping, but most dont.
Please remember, some people live down the road and other live 4000kms away.
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and they must make sutre the itmes are insured and packaged to avoid damage.
We recommend using registered mail or courier service with insurance.
It is the soul responsibility of the customer for any loss or damage.
